Check in: Please respect the check-in time between 14-20pm.Later arrival will be debit an extra service cost of 150SEK.Later than 22 in the evening check-in can unfortunately NOT be done. But if you let me know your arrival times I will really try to help you the best I can:-)
Included in your booking is bedlinen and towels.
Breakfast: If you have booked an apartement (1,2 & 6) you have your kitchen of your own and perhaps you preffer to make your own breakfast. If you booked a room without kitchen (3,4,5) you will find a kettle and coffee/tea and fruits i your room. (Room 3 and 4 has an refrigerator in the room).
In the weekends (Saturday and Sundays) you can order breakfast for 165 SEK/person, it contains coffee/tea, milk, orange juice, egg, bread, cheese, ham, jam, vegetables, fruits, yogurt, cereals and musli. It is made for you and served in the dining room in the main house and must be ordered latest the day before at 16:00. The Breakfast is served Sat-Sun. 9:00-10.00 We can also recommend you to go to the Supermarket: ICA Maxi (400m away) at Per Hallströms väg 15. Open daily 07:00-23 and there you can get a breakfast buffé – 5 options for 79SEK.
Parking if availability in the yard. Otherwize we recommend you to park at John Lodéns Väg 8-12 (note there is a small parking fee some hours). Please note that it is NOT possible to park in the yard with a veichle higher than 2meter.
Non-smoking throughout, it is only possible to smoke at the ashtray outdoor.
Children: All children are welcome.
Extra beds: There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Pets: Pets are allowed in apartment 1,2 and 6. Charges 200 SEK/Dog.
Creditcards: Is accepted at this property
Check out time: No later than 11 am
Cancellation policy: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
About locking rooms: Please also consider that this is not a hotel it is a B&B. We are inviting you to our home in the main building and therefore the guest-rooms can not be locked from the outside, only from the inside – however the entrance door is locked. The apartment number 1& 2 is locked from both outside/inside.
